REPORT A LOST CARD

One of the benefits of the annual service fee is that it covers you against unauthorised purchases on your account from the date that your card is lost or stolen. This means you will not be charged for fraudulent purchases made on your account from the date of loss or theft.

If your card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately in store or by calling our Customer Call Centre on 021 460 2301 or completing the section below.

We'll cancel the card on the spot and send you a new one. Until such time as your new card arrives, you may use your identity document or driver's license to purchase on your account. The annual service fee covers two (2) free replacement cards.
